Yes, dear readers, I had the audacity to question whether the bubble had burst. More fool me. What is Dubai gonna do when global markets face collapse and it’s spent the last decade splashing the cash? Splash some more cash of course.

This time it’s not Emaar, but Nakheel announcing some over ambitious, over the top, audacious and quite frankly ludicrous project. Again.
